Pennsylvania Construction Company, Inc. (“Pennco”), the construction affiliate of American Equity Properties, was established in 1977. Pennco’s extensive experience in commercial and residential construction ranges from site improvement work and construction of multi-family, retail commercial centers and office buildings to complete renovations of existing high-rise and mid-rise buildings and award-winning historic restoration. Pennco’s involvement in all American Equity Properties projects maximizes the efficient completion of tenant improvement work and capital projects. Currently, Pennco is building the professional office complex Gwynedd Gate for AEP.
